QUALIFICATIONS

Minimum age - 21

CDL Class A license with Hazmat endorsement

1 year experience (additional training is provided if less
than one year experience)

Stable work history (5 or less jobs in the last 3 years, employment references verified)

Must be able to pass DOT NIDA Drug Screen

Pass the division specific Functional Ability Test

Pass the DOT Physical (provided by D.M. Bowman, Inc.)

No more than one preventable DOT recordable accident or no more than 2 accidents/incidents in the last 3 years 

No more than 2 motor vehicle moving violations in the last 3 years 

No reckless driving or careless endangerment conviction in the last 5 years

No suspension or revocation of his or her license for over 30 days in the last 3 years 

Felony clear background check; entire background check subject to review
