4 WEEK PAID TRAINING

If you possess a CDL Class A license but lack the experience required by other companies… you are welcome at D. M. Bowman, Inc. With 40 professional drivers with over one million consecutive safe miles each, Certified Driver Trainers, and an experienced terminal and corporate support staff; we are ready to give you the career you've been looking for.

Drivers that graduate from an approved truck driving school and obtain a Class A-CDL are placed in our 6-week paid training program. Our training program consists of learning company policies and the way we do business. You will review and/or learn to utilize the Qualcomm system, learn to use the proper documents involved in trucking such as: Log Books, DVIR’s, Bills of Lading, etc. You will learn how to read our direction sheets and learn the routes as well as, where to fuel, where to drop off paperwork at the customer locations and at our terminals. Our trainers will see that you are learning something beneficial every day while you consistently improve your driving skills. After the 6-week paid training period, you are assigned a truck and will work independently as a D.M. Bowman, Inc. professional driver.


TRAINING LIFESTYLE

At D.M. Bowman, Inc., you won’t be stuck out there on the road for 28 days at a time without going home. D.M. Bowman, Inc. is guaranteed to carry through with hometime. Shorthaul drivers and their trainers are home daily. Longhaul drivers and trainers are home every weekend. At D.M. Bowman, Inc., you’re total training experience is complete in 6 short weeks. 

$3000 Tuition Reimbursement is available
for those that qualify.

Pay Structure for Drivers in Training

6 week paid training at $375 per week.
